In 1999 Randy Arndorfer was working at a Toyota dealership as a technician. Prior to that he was a service manager at a GM dealership. Randy found a vacant building for rent on Southern Blvd in Rio Rancho in the late spring of 1999. Having had worked at a dealership for many years, Randy saw the need for "dealer level" service, at a discounted price in the Rio Rancho area. Randy opened Rio Rancho Imports on July 5, 1999. Originally, Rio Rancho Imports serviced primarily European and Japanese cars, and now service all makes models. Seven years later, Randy purchased the land and built the facility Rio Rancho Imports is now operating from.
We currently have 9 employees and service all makes and models of cars and light trucks. Our technicians are ASE certified and are trained on a regular basis in order to stay current with the new technologies integrated into the newer cars. Our technicians have over 100 years of combined experience, and most have been at Rio Rancho Imports for many years.

At Rio Rancho Imports we prefer to establish long term relationships with our customers, and our goal is to help you get many years of service from your vehicle saving you money in the long term.
We warranty almost everything we do for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Some used parts will have a shorter warranty and most alternators, starters, and radiators will have a limited lifetime warranty.
MISSION STATEMENT
It is our goal to provide dealer level automotive service and maintainance in a timely manner at a reasonable price.
It is our opinion that if a vehicle is maintained properly, it rarely needs repair.
We believe that it is never cheaper to do it twice, than it is to do it right the first time.
